Prompt deliver but the handle was a sticky mess.

I echo Jack's (Central, HK) sentiment with regard to delivery speed and the umbrella handle.

It was quite the chore getting rid of the sticky mess on the handle of the umbrella. Consequently, all the wiping & scrubbing had left the handle with hideous scratches. I suppose I could make do with it, as long as the umbrella's handle doesn't give way or beak with regular usage.

After a couple of email exchanges with Knirps Singapore, I was offered a SGD $30.00 discount code off my NEXT purchase.

While I am appreciative of the attempt at service recovery, the resolution was sort of ... well, meaningless.

Quick delivery, but the handle was very sticky.

Delivery was very quick and everything was good, except that the handle of the umbrella was very sticky. It seemed to be full of glue residue. Took me some effort to clean it.
